How to make invoices with YFobs

As a CEO or business man you have quite a lot of duties. To be on the safe side right from the start, you have to work with software! With the invoicing software YFobs you write a professional and legally compliant bill quickly, which you can send directly to your customers by email in just a few clicks.

Firstly, you have to choose option (1) invoice customization in my profile section. Then (2) Select any one template among available templates. After that (3) if you want to change color of invoice then you can choose as per your choice and save it. Then check on sidebar menu, open invoices tab and Press Create New invoice (4).

Afterwards you can see blank invoice template, you have to fill up required details such as (5) Add customer name, (6) country, (7) State, (8) Invoice number, date and Payment due date. In the Header section you can add your business logo, business name, etc; from the business setting.

Then (9) You have to Add item or products and its quantity. After that if you want to give a discount to your customer then you can. Just you have to enter a discount value like 5%, 10% etc. Lastly you should choose Tax value from the dropdown box. In footer section you can add additional text if you want, otherwise save your invoice.

As well as there is option for recurring invoice. (11) You can set recurring schedule like start date, recurring duration etc.

In last Step (12) you can Print your invoice, Export as PDF, you can preview your invoice as well as you can send your invoice to your customer by email. You just have to enter your customer email id and subject.
